Open infrastructure, engineered upstream.
We design, build and run private clouds and Kubernetes platforms on OpenStack, Zuul and Metal3 — and we fix problems where they belong: in the open source projects themselves.
Open source infrastructure works best when the people running it also help build it. Infraloop is a consulting company for organisations that want to run their own cloud — on hardware they control, with software they can trust, without a vendor in the middle.
We close the loop between your platform and the communities behind it. When we hit a bug, it gets fixed upstream. When you need a feature, we design it with the project, not around it. Every engagement leaves your platform — and the open source ecosystem — a little better.
What we work on
OpenStack
Deploy, upgrade and operate OpenStack clouds with Kolla-Ansible and community tooling — from greenfield to rescuing an estate stuck several releases behind.
Read more PlatformsKubernetes
Kubernetes on your own infrastructure with Cluster API — declarative, upgradeable clusters on OpenStack or bare metal.
Read more CI/CDZuul
Project gating at scale with Zuul — speculative testing across repositories, so broken changes never merge.
Read more Bare metalMetal3
Kubernetes-native bare metal provisioning with Metal3 and Ironic — manage physical servers like any other cluster resource.
Read moreHow we work
Upstream first, always
Every fix we write goes to the upstream project. You get supported code, not a private fork that slowly rots.
No lock-in
Everything we build uses community tooling and lives in your repositories. You can run it without us — that's the point.
Engineers, not account managers
You talk directly to the people doing the work: contributors and core reviewers in the projects you depend on.
Automate, then gate
Infrastructure as code, tested in CI before it touches production. If it isn't gated, it isn't done.
Have an infrastructure problem worth solving properly?
Tell us what you're running and where it hurts. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
